The Universal Bus Pass (U-PASS) provides all UBC Okanagan students with affordable access to BC Transit in the Kelowna (and surrounding) area.
All transit service on-campus is between the Administration (ADM) building and the Engineering, Management and Education (EME) building, please see the UBC Okanagan Transit Exchange map further down this page for more details.

UBC Faculty and Staff PROPass Program
As a UBCO employee, you are eligible to enrol in the ProPASS Program to receive a reduced cost on adult monthly bus passes. Enrol online or through Parking Services for a minimum of one four-month Pass Period.
When you create an account for BC Transit’s UMO Application, you are agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Cubic Umo.
Important Information About Your Personal Data:
- Data Storage and Access: Some of the personal information you provide to the Umo platform, including your name, email, phone number and location data, will be stored outside of Canada by Moovit, a third-party service provider utilized by Cubic Umo to deliver necessary services for the Umo mobile application.
- Data Minimization: To enhance your privacy, UBCO advises that you only supply personal information that is strictly necessary for the use of the service and limit the application’s access to your device’s location settings.
